In large skillet, melt 1 tblsp. butter. Add shrimp and scallops; cook until just opaque; remove. In same skillet melt remaining 1 tblsp. butter over medium heat. Add onion, celery and thyme; cook until tender, 8-10 min. Add bell pepper; cook until cris
p-tender, 5 min. Add cream, sherry salt cayenne pepper, nutmeg and 1 cup of water. Bring to a boil. Add shrimp and scallops; heat through. Garnish with thyme sprig if desired.
