4 cups homemade turkey stock
1 cup heavy cream
1 stick butter
1 cup water
3 tablespoons NotStarch (from www.expertfoods.com)

How To Prepare:
Peel the broccoli stalks and slice thinly. Boil the broccoli stalks and tops
in the stock till tender. (Substitute canned, bullion, whatever, if need

Melt butter in another pan. Mix the NotStarch with water till dissolved. Add
to butter and heat till thickened. Stir in the heavy cream, than add the
cream mixture to the pureed broccoli. Heat through but be careful not to

everything in 1/2. Even the kids liked it!
