Ingredients: 1 can chicken broth
2/3 cup mixed chinese veggies (these come canned
2 eggs -- mixed
2 thin pork chops -- julianned
sesame oil (the darker is better -- more flavor)
soy sauce to taste
black pepper
hot pepper flakes (optional)
How To Prepare: Saute the pork strips in a little sesame oil and remove from suace pan. Add broth and soy sauce to pan and bring to boil. Drizzle eggs in, they will cook instantly, forming ribbons. Add the veggies, salt and black and hot peppers. I sometimes add a li
ttle more sesame oil on top for flavor. This soup is super quick and tastes just as good as any I've ever had out. It's just as good without the pork, too.

Great for a quick lunch, when you're sick or as part of a dinner menu!

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Great flavor

I increased the amount of chicken broth and used leftover chicken I had instead of the pork. At the very end I put in 3 scallions for a little extra flavor and color. Lets just say there were no leftovers for my lunch today.Smile

Positive aspects of the product (pros): Simple .. Very Tasty .. Rather Quick

This is one wonderful Recipe for Soup ...

I used 2 cans of chicken broth -- 3 eggs-- and some pork.. satuated the pork like stated in Sesame Oil..
Then I added the broth to pan waited till it was boiling and dropped in my mixed up eggs... added some veggies (all I used were bamboo shoots and canned mushrooms) Only used one half can of each which is a total of 12g of carbs.. 6 of them being Fiber ...
since the broth and eggs and oil and pork had no carbs that was only 6gm of Net Carbs in this recipe and using the amounts I used yielded almost 3 and half large bowls...

and again VERY tasty.. I might of used a lil too much Soy Sauce though the first time..
