1/2 large chicken breast -- cut in small cubes
4 stalks celery -- diced
2 tablespoons onion -- chopped
1 can chicken broth -- (1 oz.) (1 to 14.5)
1 can green chiles -- (1 oz.) (1 to 4) chopped
1 can peeled tomatoes -- (1 oz.) no sugar (1 to 14.5)
2 teaspoons garlic -- chopped
4 slices bacon -- diced and fried
1 teaspoon tabasco sauce -- red
1 cup okra, frozen -- sliced
1 cup water
How To Prepare:
This is an easy but very good soup! Put all the above ingredients in a crock pot. Drain most of the grease off the bacon before adding. Cook on low for about 7-8 hours. It makes about 8 cups
