Description:
Ingredients: 1 lb. Colby Longhorn Cheese
1 small jar chopped pimentos


1 cup Kraft Mayo
How To Prepare: Cut cheese into 8 cubes and place in a food processor with chopping blade in it. Chop cheese on high until in little pieces--smaller than peas. Scrap sides as needed to allow cheese to get to blade. Add jar of pimentos, juice and all and mix a bit more in processor. Remove cheese from food processor into a medium size mixing bowl and add Mayo and blend well.
Serving Suggestions: Serve on celery or on Atkins Bread
Number of Servings: 4-6

Preparation Time: 20 minutes
