1 stick butter
2 pounds sliced mushrooms
16 ounces cream cheese
1 1/2 pounds shredded cheddar cheese
1 quart half and half
3 packages chopped broccoli, frozen
salt and pepper -- to taste
cajun seasoning -- to taste
How To Prepare:
sautee mushrooms, then add cream cheese, cheddar and half and half.
mix with the mushrooms, over low heat, stir until all smooth, cheeses melted, add pepper, salt and cajun spices
add 3 large packages of chopped broccoli
