1 can tuna fish -- albacore or slamon
1/4 cup atkins bake mix
2 tablespoons ricotta cheese
salt and pepper -- to taste
How To Prepare:
just mix everything all together ..if you dont think its thick enough just add more bake mix until your satisfied. Grease up your skillet with some butter and cook them like you would pancakes. I usually dip them in mayo/mustard mixture or some sourcream
with salt,pepper and chives. Im not sure the exact carb count but its practically nothing since the eggs and ricotta have hardly any and i think the bake mix has 3 grams per 1/4 cup ..i made about 5 small cakes with this amount of ingredient but you can
make them bigger or smaller depending on your appetite. enjoy!
