1 pound tofu
Fat Free Firm or extra firm Freeze and
defrost 1/2 way.
2 cans tuna, canned -- drained
2 tablespoons peas and carrots, canned
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup cheese -- choose type that melts well
1/4 cup heavy cream
How To Prepare:
cut 1/2 frozen tofu into noodle size cubes. Mix with Tuna. Add spices and veggies. Mix in cheese and eggs. Pour cream over. Bake in 375 degree oven. Stir after about 15 minutes. Bake until cheese is melted and turning brown around the edges.
Add salt as necessary. You don't even miss tuna helper.
