16 each large shrimp -- peeled and deveined
16 medium scallops
16 ounces salmon fillet -- cut into 1" cubes(16 pcs)
1 medium green bell pepper -- cut into 16 pcs
1 small onion -- cut into 16 pc
8 small cherry tomato
1 medium zucchini -- cut into 8 chunks
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
8 each bamboo skewers -- soaked
How To Prepare:
Thread all foods onto skewers, dividing evenly. Place in a single layer in a large, non-reactive serving bowl and pour dressing over all. Let marinate 1 hour, turning after 30 minutes.
To cook: preheat grill(indoor or outdoor). Place skewers in a single layer on grill, turn after 5 minutes until completely cooked.
