Ingredients: 1 pound shrimp -- raw, large
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 tablespoon chopped parsley -- fresh
1 tablespoon thyme -- chopped, fresh
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
cayenne pepper -- to taste
1/4 teaspoon salt
How To Prepare: Peel and devein shrimp- leave tails on. Heat oil
in non-stick fry pan with the spices. Add shrimp. Cook
turning once for 6-8 mins., depending on size.
