1 1/2 pounds shrimp -- peeled and deveined
10 ounces frozen spinach -- thawed and drained
1 jar alfredo sauce
4 ounces sliced mushrooms -- drained
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 dash nutmeg
3 tablespoons butter
How To Prepare:
Microwave spinach for 3 minutes in a microwave safe bowl. Mele butter in a large skillet and saute shrimp until pink. Add mushrooms and spinach and stir well to heat through. Pour sauce and seasonings over all, stir and let simmer 2-3 minutes to heat.
