Ingredients: 3 Boneless Chicken
Breasts -- (3 to 4)
1 Jar Salsa - you should
search your store for
the one lowest in carbs - it
varies with brands
Grated Cheddar Cheese
How To Prepare: Preheat oven 375 degrees.
Put breasts into 9x13 pan.
Pour salsa over the
chicken. Cook chicken for
45 min. After 45 min, pour
cheese over chicken and
cook until melted. Note:
depending on the thickness
of your chicken, you may
have to cook for longer
than 45 min. Cut into the
chicken a make sure it is
cooked through before you
put the cheese on. This is
great of all of whole family
because you can vary the
amont of salsa (the highest
carb ingredient) you have
on your piece of chicken
after it is cooked and your
non-dieting family
members can pile it high!!
