Ingredients: 8 chicken breast halves --
with skin and bones
1/2 cup italian salad
dressing -- bottled
1/4 cup olive oil -- or butter
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
How To Prepare: Preheat oven to 350f. Place
breasts in 1 or 2 pans(at
least 2" sides to avoid
spillage). Fill injector with
well blended dressing and
inject each breast in 3-4
places. Mix seasonings
with melted butter or olive
oil (or a combination of
both) and rub the skin of the
chicken with it. Refrigerate
for 15 minutes then bake,
uncovered, until chicken is
cooked through - about 70
minutes for average sized
