Description:
Ingredients: 4 chicken breast halves --
skinless, boneless
1 teaspoon chili peppers --
chopped.
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 limes
1 head round lettuce
(iceberg will not work)
How To Prepare: Combine chillis, soy sauce
and olive oil in large bowl.
Cut chicken into strips and
add to mixture. Marinade in
fridge for at least 1 hour.
(better if over night!) Pour
EVERYTHING from the bowl
into a large wok. Cook for
about 15 minutes or until
most of the juices have
evaporated. Squeeze the
limes over top. Roll the
chicken up in a couple of
pieces of lettuce and voila!
Finger food!
