Ingredients: 1 pound ground pork

Seasonings to taste (will add carbs):

chopped garlic
chopped ginger
minced onion
low sodium soy or terriyaki sauce

Whole lettuce leaves
How To Prepare: Mix all the ingredients together (it is easiest to do this with clean hands)

Fry the pork like ground beef in a medium-high skillet for 5-10 minutes (until cooked)

Scoop cook ground beef into the whole lettuce leaves and roll the leaves(secure with toothpicks if you desire)

Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: low
