Description:
Ingredients: 1/4 cup lime juice
1/4 cup soy sauce -- watch
your brand
4 boneless skinless
chicken breasts
1/2 teaspoon red pepper
flakes -- to taste
How To Prepare: Marinate chicken in lime
juice and soy sauce --
about an hour. Pan cook
chicken on top of stove,
adding red pepper flakes
near end of cooking.


Serve with sliced
cucumbers.
