1 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup Wesson Oil
garlic -- to taste - fresh or
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 cup Red Wine Vinegar
3 tablespoons artificial
sweetener -- about 4
2 teaspoons accent
4 pounds chicken wings --
How To Prepare:
Mix all ingredients and pour
over chicken wings.
Marinate for 12 hours in the
regrigerator. (turn once)
Remove from marinade
and place in a shallow
cooking sheet. Bake at 350
degrees for 30 minutes on
each side, or until done

The carb count they listed is wrong. Yes, a cup of soy sauce may have a lot of carbs, but you only get a little bit because it's a marinade, you discard all but what's left on the chicken, so you're getting minimal carbs. These are GREAT! Try them, you won't be sorry!
