Description:
Ingredients: •8 oz cream cheese – room temperature
•6 pkt Splenda®, or other sweetener - or a mix
•1 oz. unsweetened baker's chocolate
•1/4 Cup cream


•1 tsp. peanut butter
•2 tbl cocoa
•½ Cup finely chopped peanuts
•Approx 16 perfect pecan halves
How To Prepare: -Beat the cream cheese and peanut butter until blended
-Melt chocolate in separate bowl until creamy.
-Combine chocolate with cream cheese mixture and, then add sweetener and cream.
-Divide mixture in bowl by smoothing then drawing lines with a knife to make approx 16 portions.
-Scoop out a portion at a time and with wet hands shape into balls (if you chill mixture this is easier to do)
-Chill mixture slightly
-Mix cocoa and chopped peanuts
-Roll the balls in the mixture and stick a pecan half in each ball
-Keep refrigerated until ready to serve
