Ingredients: 4 deboned skinless
chicken breasts
4 eggs
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup chopped dill pickles
-- or dill pickle relish
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 dash pepper
How To Prepare: Bring a large pot of water to
a rolling boil. Reduce heat,
add chicken breasts and
boil for 20 minutes or until
fully cooked. Drain and chill
chicken breasts. Boil four
eggs 10 minutes or until
hard boiled. Chill. Chop
eggs into small cubes and
mix in a small bowl with
relish, mayonaise, salt, and
pepper. Chill. Chop or
shread the chicken breasts
until you have very small,
fine chuncks. Add
egg-mixture to chicken and
mix throughly. Keep chicken
salad refrigerated.
