Ingredients: 2 large leaves lettuce
1 radish -- thinly sliced and
chopped small
1/3 cucumber -- thinly sliced
and chopped small
7 each almonds, chopped
2 slices gouda cheese --
American also works,
Olive oil
1/2 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon mustard
Salt and pepper to taste
How To Prepare: Mix all the ingredients. This
is my favorite salad. The
almond adds crunch. I eat it
almost everyday.

NOTES : Counts for
almonds not included in
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 8g total
