Ingredients: 1 stick butter -- melted
1 tablespoon soy sauce -- depending on taste
(1 to 2)
garlic powder to taste
swordfish steaks( will marinade up to 2.5 pounds)
How To Prepare: in a bowl, mix butter, garlic powder, and soy sauce. in a baking pan or dish; pour a small amount of marinade to cover the bottom.remove skin from fish. set swordfish steaks on marinade. pour remaining marinade over fish. let sit 10 minutes. turn over and
if using a microwave safe dish; you can microwave 1 minute for each side to help speed up marinating.
grill until meat becomes tender and cuts easily with a fork.
