2 catfish filets
1 stick butter
1 can shrimp
1 can crabmeat
2 tablespoons cornstarch
1/2 cup fresh lime juice
fish blackening season (I used Paul
Prudhomes redfish blackening seasoning
found in the spices section)
How To Prepare:
Spray your fish filets with Pam or spray butter. Season with blackening
seasoning. Grill in a disposable aluminum pan on high about 2 minutes on
each side or until tender with a fork.
While fish is cooking, melt butter in saucepan and add cornstarch. Then add
all other ingredients including salt & pepper to taste.) When warm, spoon
over grilled fish. This is soooooo wonderful-it's my mother's recipe. My
husband absolutely loved it!! (I made it last night with grilled portobello
mushrooms drizzled w/olive oil, salt & pepper and a salad!)
