1 head cabbage
2-3 green onions
1 pkg sesame seeds (like McCormick little spice container size, about a tablespoon or two)
1 pkg slivered almonds (about 1/2 cup)
3/4 cup oil (Canola is good)
1/3 cup vinegar
1/3 cup Splenda
How To Prepare:
Toast the almonds and sesame seeds in a fry pan over medium heat. Stir often and watch carefully so they don't burn.
Chop cabbage and green onions. Mix with toasted seeds & almonds. Mix the dressing ingredients together, pour over salad, mix, chill for about an hour before serving.
