Carefully sut squash in half lengthwise and place, cut side down on a microwave safe plate. Cover with plastic wrap, leaving a small vent for steam. Cook, rotating every 2 minutes, for 8-12 minutes or until tender.
Use a fork to "string" flesh. Sprinkle splenda, cinnamon, cream and butter over squash and toss to coat. Pat top down and then mix additionla splenda, cinnamon and butter and drizzle over top. If desired, bake, uncovered in a 350f oven, for 15 minutes or
until top browns.
