1 cup low carb pasta
1 cup shredded mexican cheese
How To Prepare:
Boil 1/4 cauliflower head, puree in blender. Cook hamburger and drain. Melt velvetta in with hamburger. Add cauliflower and cheese. Cook pasta in boiled water and add to hamburger mix. Cook 10 min til all melted.Pasta not counted in carb counts. VERY filling! Very thick and gooey
