1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 eggs -- hardboiled, chopped
1 box frozen chopped spinach -- thawed, squeezed and drained
4 ounces cream cheese -- softened
1 teaspoon garlic salt
How To Prepare:
Put mayo, lemon juice, and eggs in a blender and blend until smooth. Add
spinach and garlic salt, pulse on medium unitl even consistancy, pausing to
scrap down sides. Chill at least one hour before serving.
