Shred small head of cabbage. Saute in 3T butter for 5 minutes ( do not over cook)
You want it to keep its green color. Season with good sea salt, fresh ground black pepper. Add Balsmaic vinegar to taste. Stir in fresh grated parmesean cheese. Serve immediately.
