1 bag fresh spinach -- rinsed and finely chopped
1/2 stick butter
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons cream cheese
How To Prepare:
Melt butter in pan, add cream cheese, stir til very soft. Add spinach, and stir together til spinach is wilted and coated. Add cream and cheddar cheese, gently stir til all covered and melted. You can then bake this at 325 for 20 minutes to make it more like a casserole, if you wish.
