Description:
Ingredients: 2 portions chicken (I used 4
legs)
3 tablespoons granny smith
apple -- chopped (3 to 4) 2
tablespoons purple onion
walnuts to taste.
1 tablespoon mayonnaise


How To Prepare: Mix well and enjoy. I like to
refrigerate mine and eat the
next day for lunch. Delicious
with a couple of whole grain
melba toasts. This may be
a common recipe for some
of you, but I am kitchen
impaired.


Use left over chicken. I
prefer dark meat, but white
works well too.


This recipe works better for
those following Sugar
Busters or Protein Power
as I do include a little bit of
fruit and melba toast. Quick
and easy lunch that's easy
to take with you.


NOTES : Counts for walnuts
not included in totals.
