Ingredients: 2 sm pkgs. s.f. lime jello
2 cups boiling water
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
2 tablespoons prepared
2 cups mayonnaise
2 cucumbers -- grated
How To Prepare: Dissolve jello in hot water.
Stir in vinegar and horse-
radish. While the mixture is
still warm add the mayo.
Stir till completly smooth.
Add the cukes (if really wet
drain some of the juice).
Chill until set. Makes
enough for eight good sized
servings! Tastes really
good. Carb count depends
on your kind of vinegar and
