Ingredients: 1 cup mayonnaise
2 large eggs
(or 3T egg substitute if
you're worried about raw
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
-- grated (the Kraft powder
won't work)
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 package artificial
8 small anchovies -- 1 tin
you can use less, I like
2 cloves garlic -- roughly
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
1 dash nutmeg
How To Prepare: Put everything in a blender
and puree until smooth.
Refrigerate overnight to
allow flavors to blend.
Carbs per serving - include all nutritional information if known: 8g total
