Ingredients: 1 spaghetti squash
1 pound ground beef
16 ounces tomato sauce
onions -- to taste
italian seasoning -- to taste
hot pepper flakes -- if
mozzarella cheese
How To Prepare: prepare spaghetti squash, (
i bake mine)
scoop out insides and mix
with butter (just like their
set aside in cassarole dish
Mozarella meat sauce:
one pound hamburger,
browned and drained
add one 16 oz can
sugarless tomato sauce
and onions
liberally add italian
seasoning, LIBERALLY
also, hot pepper flakes if
you like them. Mix the sauce
with the
squash, grate lots of
mozarella cheese, bake all
items in casserole
dish until warmed, and
mozarella is melted. You
can also just make the
using zuchinni instead if
you prefer and layer it like
this is great for the pasta
addicts out there, because
it taste great
and really folks, that
spaghettis squash is
NOTES : Counts for onions,
cheese, italian seasoning
and hot pepper flakes
not included.
