|
Run Green Bell Peppers
and onion through blender
till chopped fine or grind as
for relish. Put into VERY

*Guar Gum is a natural
thickener, it is used by the
food industry to thicken
many of the foods that we
eat. Ice cream and salad
dressings are just two that
come to mind. It can be
purchased at Health Food
Stores. The brand that I use
is SOURCE NATURALS. It
is not really expensive,the
bottle that I am using now
was only $11.98 for a 16 oz
jar of the powder. The label
says it is suitable for
vegetarians and
Hypoallergenic. It contains
NO yeast, dairy, corn, soy,
or wheat. No sugar, starch,
salt, preservatives or
artificial color, flavor or
fragrance.
Makes approximately 1
gallon. Share this with
family and friends. It is great
as a dip also.
NOTES : Counts for lemon
juice and guar gum not
included in totals.
