Description:
Ingredients: 2 cups diced cooked
chicken
2 cups chopped celery --
coarsely chopped
1/4 cup peanuts
1/4 cup waterchestnuts
1 small onion -- grated
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 cup shredded cheddar
cheese
1 cup crushed pork rinds
How To Prepare: Combine all ingredients
except cheese and pork
rinds. Place in a
casserole dish sprayed
lightly with Pam. Sprinkle
with cheese and then pork
rinds. Bake at 400 degrees
for 20 minutes, or until
mixture is heated and
cheese is melted. Let cool
slightly before cutting.
