Ingredients: 12 ounces cooked chicken
-- cut in chunks
(about 4 small chicken
breasts or canned white
chicken meat)
3 cups chopped celery
1 medium white onion --
4 tablespoons sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar
cheese -- or cheese of
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Crushed pork rinds or
crushed nuts for topping
(about 1 1/2 cups)
Couple dashes of season

How To Prepare: Preheat oven 375,

Mix lemon juice with mayo.
Combine all ingredients
except topping in large
bowl. Stir until well mixed.
Pour into 7"x11" casserole
dish sprayed with non-stick
cooking spray. Sprinkle
topping of your choice and
bake at 375 for 25 minutes.

NOTES : Counts for
crushed pork rinds or
crushed nuts not included
in totals.
