2 cucumbers -- peeled and sliced thin
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon minced onion
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
How To Prepare:
Sprinkle cucmber slices with salt, cover and chill for at least one hour. Drain well.
Mix other ingredients together and stir into drained cucumbers. Chill before serving.

Positive aspects of the product (pros):
perfect, but personal preference is onion slices, instead of minced
Our family has used this same recipe since I can remember. I believe it is originally from my Polish ancestors. The only difference it we use sliced onions instead of minced onion.
