Ingredients: 10 ounces spinach -- fozen, chopped
4 tablespoons heavy cream
3 tablespoons butter
dash nutmeg
salt and pepper -- to taste
How To Prepare: Put spinach in about 1/2 cup water and bring to a boil. Continue to boil for 2 minutes, then drain well.
Melt butter in skillet and add cream and seasonings. Bring to a simmer, then add drained spinach.
Cook until thickened -about 1 minute. Makes 3-4 servings.
Number of Servings: 9

Cons: none!!

My husband even likes this, but our recipe calls for 6 oz. of cream cheese as well. I also added 6 strips of bacon, fried and crumbled before baking. There is never any leftovers!

This is a great side dish or to use as a snack with celery
