Description:
Ingredients: 2 cups zucchini -- shredded
2 ounces cream cheese -- cut into small cubes
1/4 cup cream
1 each salt and pepper -- to tase
2 tablespoons butter
How To Prepare: Melt butter in a skillet and toss in shredded zucchini. Saute for 1 minute, then add remaining ingredients. Cover and let melt and warm through. Stir well.


Shred zucchini useing a vegetable peeler or mandolin.
Number of Servings: 10

Positive aspects of the product (pros): very easy
Cons: can easily eat the whole thing!LOL!

This recipe was sooo easy to make & was very tasty! I did tweek a little & added a bit of garlic while cooking & a tbsp or two of shredded parmesan the last 5 min. & let it sit. Soo yummy with or without it!
