Ingredients: 1 teaspoon Lemon peel --
3 Tablespoons Lemon
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Anchovy paste
1 teaspoon Worcestershire
2 cloves garlic -- crushed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper --
freshly ground
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon sour cream
6 cups romaine lettuce --
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
-- shredded
How To Prepare: In a medium bowl, using a
wire whisk, blend all
ingredients EXCEPT oil &
sour cream. Slowly and
gradually add oil, whisking
constantly until smooth. Do
not stop whisking until all of
the oil is incorporated or the
dressing will "break." Whisk
in sour cream until smooth.
Add lettuce and parmesan
cheese and gently toss.

Instead of the customary
croutons, try topping it with
"Cheese Crisps II" made
with either Parmesan or
Romano cheese.
