3 bags spicy pork rinds
1 cup parmesan cheese
1 T. garlic powder 1 T. onion powder
1 T. dry mustard
How To Prepare:
Mix all ingredients in food processor until finely blended. Coating sticks really well when you coat meat with mixture of egg and mayo first. Fry or bake.

looks like chicken fried steak when done. taste great too.
i added more cheese to mine. i would say a cup of parm per bag of pork skins. this was a great way to make my favorite meal"chicken fried Steak". i had missed it so much.
