*1 Tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil (0 carbs)
*2 lbs. of meat (0 carbs)*1/2 cup of onions (6.9 carbs)
*1/2 cup of mushrooms (4 carbs)
*2 Tablespoons of all purpose flour or you can substitute Attkins bake if you prefer (11 carbs)
*1 can of beef broth (0 carbs)
*2 Tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce (2 carbs)
*4 Tablespoons of butter (0 carbs)
*1/2 cup of peas (10.1 carbs)
How To Prepare:
Pre-heat oven to 350.
In a small skillet over medium heat place 2 Tablespoons of butter and cook your mushrooms and onions to your desired consistency.
Set them aside for now.
Preheat pan over med-high heat.
Add oil to pan with meat.
Season meat with salt and pepper.
Drain grease and put back into pan, and add cooked mushrooms and onions.
In another small skillet over med. heat, cook butter and flour together for 2 minutes.
Wisk in broth and Worcestershire sauce (mix well).
Thicken gravy over 1-2 minutes.
Add gravy to meat and vegetables.
Stir in peas.
Put meat mixture into a covered casserole dish and cook for 5-7 minutes at 350 to get it nice and hot.
