I changed one thing though, I made the whipping crememin the blender by itself with splenda and then froze it in the freezer like ice cream and then put the "ice cream" in the glasses and poured diet rootber on top. Tasted great!

I love this. Sometimes when I'm craving a little something sweet, I have on of these and it satifies my craving and believe it or not, it's filling too!!!
