Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef
1 egg
1/2 cup ground pork rinds
1/2 teaspoon Sage
1/2 teaspoon parsley
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 package mushroom gravy
-- 8 carbs
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup heavy cream
How To Prepare: Mix all ingrediants (except
gravy, water and cream)
together and form into
"meatballs". Bake in an
oven on
a cookie Sheet or or Cook
in Microwave, in a
microwave safe dish (I am
the Nuking Queen).
Bake until completly

At the same time you are
baking the meatballs:
Combine mushroom gravy,
water and cream Mix Water,
Cream and Gravy packet
into a small pan on the
stove on
medium heat, Stir, cook
until gravy is hot and

Place cooked (hot)
meatballs on a serving
plate and pour finished
gravy over top.
NOTES : Counts for gravy
not included in totals.
