Ingredients: 1lb ground sirloin (better than ground beef)
2 Tbsp Worchestershire sauce
coarse salt
2-3 Tbsp chili powder
1-2 Tbsp cumin
1 tsp paprika
1 med yellow onion, chopped

1 med green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 15 oz can beef broth (low fat has fewer carbs)
1 15 oz can tomato sauce
1 15 oz can diced tomatoes (optional for fussy eaters)
1 15 oz can Great Northern (white) beans (watch the carbs – sometime I omit)
How To Prepare: Brown the ground sirloin in a large soup pot. (There should be very
little grease). When about 1/2 done, season with Worchestershire Sauce, salt, and spices. Then add onion and green pepper. When beef is browned, vegetables should be a little soft.

Add beef broth, tomato sauce, and tomatoes. Cook for 20 – 30 minutes to reduce liquid and mix flavors. Add beans (don’t drain them).

sour cream
