1 pound ground hamburger
1 packet taco seasoning
2 cups chopped iceberg lettuce
1/4 cup cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp salsa
1/4 cup sour cream
1/4 cup sliced black olives
How To Prepare:
Prepare the ground beef with the taco seasoning (follow instructions on the back of packet). Take 1/3 cup of the taco meat and combine with all the rest of the ingredients in a bowl. Toss until the salad is well mixed.
This makes a great bedtime snack or a great addition to any meal. We sometimes will cheat and break 4 or 5 tortilla chips in with it to step it up a notch. Enjoy!
