1 cup Buttery Biscuit Mix, Minicarb
5 tablespoons butter, softened 2/3 cup cream 2 tablespoons vegetable oil 2 large eggs, slightly beaten 1 pound ground beef, extra lean, 1/2 cup yellow onion, diced 2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup mushroom, diced
1 10 ounce box spinach, frozen, thawed and drained very well 4 ounces cream cheese 1 large egg, slightly beaten 1 cup colby cheese, shredded dash salt and pepper
How To Prepare:
1.Preheat oven to 350.
2.In dish add butter, cream, oil and eggs to buscuit mix, stir with fork just until moist. Cover and set aside 3.In large skillet saute beef, onion, garlic and mushroom over med-hi heat 4.Turn down to med- lo, Add spinach to beef then add cream cheese stir until well melted and combined. 5.Add egg to mixture. cook 3 minutes more. If mix seems to thick may thin with a little water. 6.Line bottom of 9 or 10 inch pie plate with 1/2 of biscuit mixture, pour filling into dish, spoon remaining biscuit mix over top in tablespoon size drops. Top with cheese. 7.Bake 25-30 minutes or until top is golden brown.
