Description:
Ingredients: 1/2 cup flax seeds --
golden, grind to make 1 cup
flax meal
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup protein powder
1/2 cup Splenda
1 1/2 teaspoons baking
powder
1/4 cup oil
2 eggs
1/8 cup Carmel flavor sugar
free Davinci Syrup
1/2 cup water


How To Prepare: Combine dry ingredients in
a bowl. Add all wet
ingredients
except water and mix with a
whisk. Gradually add water
until
batter is consistancy of
muffin batter.


Spray two disposable mini
loaf pans with pam. Fill
pans 3/4
full with batter. Place pans
on cookie sheet and bake
in 350
degree oven for 30 to 35
minutes, or until an inserted
knife
comes out clean.


When you use the golden
flax this recipe comes out
very 'blonde'
and very moist. Can also be
made as muffins.
