Description:
Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups whole wheat
flour -- stone ground
1/2 cup oat bran flour
1/2 cup oats, rolled (raw)
1/2 cup unprocessed wheat
bran
1/4 cup flax seeds -- ground
into meal(about 1/2 cup
meal)
1/2 cup cooked brown rice
--optional
1 teaspoon salt
1 3/4 cups warm water
2 packets yeast
2 large eggs


How To Prepare: Beat the eggs slightly and
add to the warm water and
butter.
Proof the yeast in this
mixture for 10 minutes, then
follow
bread machine directions
for medium loaf/medium
crust.
NOTES : Counts for oat
bran flour not included in
totals.
