2/3 c. splenda
1 heaping Tablespoon of flour( I use gluten flour, xanthum gum, or guar gum)
2 heaping Tablespoons of cocoa
1-1/2cup heavy cream
1/2 stick butter, melted
vanilla to taste
How To Prepare:
Combine dry ingredients. Mix well. (you may need to use your fingers to get your thickner mixed real good so it will not have lumps!
Put dry mixture in saucepan, add cream, butter and vanilla. Stir constantly over low heat until it reaches desired thickness. Delicious over hot buttered bread! We had this on special occassions for breakfast when I was growing up. We were really having a "treat" when Mother fixed this for us!
