2 cloves garlic -- minced
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup ketchup (I would use a little tomato
sauce sweetened with splenda)
1 teaspoon mustard
1 small onion -- grated
1/2 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 dash tabasco sauce
1 dash paprika
1 dash horseradish -- optional
How To Prepare:
Mix and allow to blend.
This is recommended to be used as a dip for just about anything. I think that it would be particularly good on chicken wings or grilled chicken tenders. Veggies too!
I got this recipe out of the newspaper. It sounds great, but I haven't tried it yet. But, I'm always looking for something new.
NOTES : Counts for ketchup (tomato sauce with splenda) not inlcuded in totals.
